The Platform is a matching and deal enablement tool designed specifically for licensed real estate professionals to connect agents with out-of-state Brokers of Record (BoRs) or Transaction Coordinators (TCs), formalize compliant partnerships, manage deals securely, and build trust through verified licenses and reviews.

This Privacy Policy complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Colorado Privacy Act, and other state privacy laws), the U.S. E-SIGN Act for electronic records, and, where applicable, international regulations such as GDPR (for EU users) or PIPEDA (for Canadian users).

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Account and profile information: name, email address, phone number, professional title, real estate license number(s), state(s) of licensure, brokerage affiliation, and related credentials.
• Deal-related data: transaction details, documents, messages, and e-signature agreements you upload or create on the Platform.
• Communication data: messages, feedback, reviews, and support inquiries.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, unique device identifiers, and usage logs.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, search queries, matching interactions, deal workspace activity, and timestamps.

C. Third-Party Sources

• License verification data from public real estate licensing databases or third-party verification services.
• Review/rating data from external sources (e.g., Zillow, Google Reviews) when you authorize import.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Platform, including matching verified professionals, facilitating e-signature agreements, managing secure deal workspaces, and enabling reviews and trust signals.
• To verify real estate licenses and maintain compliance with state licensing requirements.
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, updates, security alerts, and Platform changes.
• To improve the Platform, analyze usage trends, and develop new features.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or legal violations.
• To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent.

• Service Providers: With trusted vendors who assist us (e.g., hosting, cloud storage, e-signature services like Dropbox Sign, payment processors like Stripe, analytics, and verification tools). All are bound by strict confidentiality.

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or reorganization (with notice where required by law).
